Mechanism

Phytoecdysteroid that activates estrogen receptor beta (ER-beta) to stimulate protein synthesis via the PI3K/Akt pathway. Enhances muscle protein synthesis without androgenic effects or hormonal suppression. WADA has considered adding it to the banned list due to efficacy.

Contraindications

  • None established

Mechanism

Oral ATP supplement that increases extracellular ATP levels, improving blood flow via purinergic receptor activation on endothelial cells. Enhances muscular excitability, recovery, and lean body mass. Does not significantly raise intracellular ATP (that's produced endogenously).

Contraindications

  • None established
